Delays caused by customs or carriers are rare, but may occur outside of our control.

– import duties or taxes (outside the EU)
– incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number, and we will replace it free of charge.
