all these images were taken while traveling. each one carries a real place and a feeling i couldn’t name back then. captured on instinct, and somehow landing exactly where they should.

real painted textures were later added in berlin by maj jablonski and vanety deborah slijepcevic [skiy], then layered into a collage.
the added paint shifts the image into something more symbolic:
movement, transformation, and the sky-bird symbolism that runs through skiy’s work.
shapes and colors that feel like wings, signals, or shifting identity, depending on how you look at them.
this piece became the official cover of skiy’s track “i don’t know.”
